Was born at Hubli and had his education at Harihar and Davangeri, Karnataka. With a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from BDT Engineering College at Davangeri. He had his experience for Two Years in Mysore Kirloskar Ltd., Harihar, a famous Machine Tool Manufacturing Company and got Engineering expertise in Engineering Department.

In Business

He started Universal Group of Industries 1972-1973 manufacturing Precision Machine Tool Accessories and is OEM supplier to reputed companies like Honda, Maruti, Toyata, Hero Motors, and so on. His concern came up with the hard work and now there are 4 manufacturing industries and in 2007-2008 he founded along with other directors Jmskef Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd., an integrated IT & Software Outsourcing company providing Custom Software Solutions to clients in more than 38 nations and majority of client based in USA, Europe, Middle East and Australasia. Jmskef is grown over the years in leadership of highly skilled and talented people working with the organization.  The group in whole has over 275+ employees with continued efforts from the top management the group is positioned to surge forward and be a leader in Software, Engineering fields.
